Laura Arévalo (La maison de la Beauté écologique), es un Centro de Belleza Holístico de Alta Cosmética Biológica inspirado en la medicina tradicional china que cuida de la belleza de forma holística o global, ya que como bien dicen, a través del bienestar interior se refleja la belleza exterior.

El primer centro lo abrió en la calle Sierpes hace ya 5 años. Y desde septiembre de este año está ubicado en un nuevo emplazamiento, muy cerquita del Ayuntamiento y la Plaza del Salvador, en un espacio decorado con mucho gusto y donde le hacen sentirse a uno como si estuviera en su propia casa desde que entra por la puerta.

El centro se compone de 2 plantas, la primera visible desde la calle donde se puede ver desde una gran cristalera, escaparates a ambos lados de la puerta con algunos productos entre numerosas plantas, la recepción para los clientes, y hasta cuatro ambientes, creo recordar, que hacen las veces de salón para el descanso o la espera y unas estanterías con los productos utilizados en los tratamientos, los cuales pueden ser adquiridos por los clientes de manera independiente a los tratamientos.

Una amable chica te recibe al llegar y tras hacerte las preguntas de rigor acerca de cómo estas y que tal llevas el día, te conduce directamente a la segunda planta, donde se encuentran iba a decir las “cabinas para masajes”, pero nada más lejos de la realidad de esa horrible descripción, este lugar no es un sitio común, aquí nos encontramos una habitación digna del mejor de los hoteles boutique del centro de Sevilla, muy amplia, con una luz muy agradable, unos detalles muy cuidados y hasta una bañera con patas que nos transporta a épocas pasadas llenas de misterio y sofisticación.

Y es allí mismo donde la amable Laura te atiende personalmente, te pregunta y se interesa por el motivo de tu visita, te explica en qué consisten sus tratamientos de una forma en que lo entiendas sin ningún problema y te aconseja cuál de sus tratamientos es el mejor para tu necesidad o tipo de piel.

Laura es una persona encantadora, con la cual da gusto conversar y escuchar cómo te explica paso a paso acerca de los cuidados que dará a tu rostro o cuerpo, lo cual le dan ganas a uno de ponerse inmediatamente en sus manos.

Es el primer centro de belleza de los numerosos que he ido, que te analiza cómo es tu piel en primer lugar y en base a ese estudio o diagnóstico previo, elabora las cremas, aceites y “ungüentos” que utilizaran durante el resto del proceso. Es decir, elaboran un tratamiento personalizado para cada cliente, lo cual entiendo que ayuda a conseguir un mejor resultado, como en mi caso, doy fe que así fue.

Sobre el tratamiento que hicieron, tampoco quiero entrar mucho en detallarlo, ya que prefiero que vayáis y lo descubráis por vosotros mismos, y además como antes os he comentado es un tratamiento personalizado y varia según la persona.

Por resumir os diré que me realizaron una Purana Detox Premium especialmente indicada para desintoxicar, estimular y regenerar la piel (tengo algunas zonas de la cara con los poros abiertos y otras con algún punto negro) además de tener una piel mixta en mi caso, con algunas zonas grasas y otras algo más secas. Utilizaron un exfoliante de sal del mar muerto, tomillo y romero, las hojas de la plata, arcilla negra con extracto de papaya, avena e hidrolato de neroli.

El tratamiento duro alrededor de una hora y media, en un ambiente casi sin luz y mucha calma, y no creáis que solo se trató de los cuidados del rostro, ya que Laura comienza haciendo que te olvides por un momento del estrés y la tensión con un masaje relajante en diferentes partes del cuerpo como piernas, hombros y espalda que te hace absorber y disfrutar del tratamiento de una forma muy placentera.

Os puedo asegurar y no hablo únicamente de las 2 horas y el resto del día tras salir del centro, que tienes la cara luminosa y brillante como pocas veces, sino que la sensación de “cara de bebe” que mantienes a lo largo de los días y que dura semanas, (sin exagerar, al menos 10-12 días), es la mejor que he tenido tras pasar por un centro de este tipo en mis 44 años de existencia, por lo que pienso volver pronto, tras la recomendación de Laura de hacer las cosas bien y poquito a poco, pues con la belleza hay que ir despacio y con buena letra y nada de prisas, que no son nunca buenas consejeras.

The center has 2 floors, the first one visible from the street where you can see from a large window on both sides of the door with some products among many plants, the reception for customers, and up to four environments, I think remember, which serve as a lounge for rest or waiting and shelves with the products used in the treatments, which can be purchased by customers independently of the treatments.

A friendly woman receives you upon arrival and after asking you the rigorous questions about how you are doing and how was your day, it takes you directly to the second floor, where I was going to say the “massage booths”, but nothing further from the reality of that horrible description, this place is not a common place, here we find a room worthy of the best of the boutique hotels in the center of Seville, very spacious, with a very nice light, carefully details and even a bathtub with legs that transports us to past times full of mystery and sophistication.

And it is there where the friendly Laura attends you personally, asks you and cares about the reason of your visit, explains what her treatments consist of in a way that you understand without any problem and advises you which of her treatments is the best for your need or skin type.

Laura is a lovely person, with whom it is a pleasure to talk and listen how she explains step by step about the care she will give to your face or body, which makes one want to put yourself immediately in her hands.

It is the first beauty center of many that I have been before, that analyzes how your skin is in the first place and based on that study or previous diagnosis, it makes the creams, oils and “ointments” that will be used during the rest of the process. That is, they prepare a personalized treatment for each client, which I understand helps to achieve a better result, as in my case, I attest that it was.

About the treatment they did, I do not want to go into detail either, since I prefer that you go and discover it for yourself, and also as I have told you before it is a personalized treatment and varies according to the person.

To summarize I will tell you that they made me a Purana Detox Premium especially indicated to detoxify, stimulate and regenerate the skin (I have some areas of the face with open pores and others with some black spot) in addition to having a mixed skin in my case, with some fatty areas and some more dry. They used a scrub from dead sea salt, thyme and rosemary, silver leaves, black clay with papaya extract, oatmeal and neroli hydrolate.

The treatment lasted about an hour and a half, in an environment almost without light and very calm, and do not believe that it was only the care of the face, since Laura begins by making you forget for a moment of stress and tension with a relaxing massage in different parts of the body such as legs, shoulders and back that makes you absorb and enjoy the treatment in a very pleasant way.

I can assure you and I do not only talk about 2 hours and the rest of the day after leaving the beauty center, that you have a bright and luminous face as rarely, but the feeling of “baby’s face” that you maintain throughout the days and that lasts weeks, (without exaggeration, at least 10-12 days), is the best I’ve had after going through a center of this type in my 44 years of existence, so I plan to return soon, after Laura’s recommendation to do things well and little by little, because with beauty you have to go slowly and with good lyrics and no hurry, which are never good counselors.
