El Restaurante está situado en el Hotel Piazza Carlina, en la bonita Plaza que le da nombre en el casco histórico de Turín, en el Piamonte, Italia. Asentado en un hermoso Palacio originario del siglo XVI alrededor de un precioso Patio. Todo ha sido magníficamente renovado el pasado año para convertirse en uno de los hoteles y restaurantes de referencia del norte de Italia. 

El Restaurante tiene una carta muy bien hecha y estructurada. Juega a ser un futuro restaurante estrellado y lo hace a través de 2 menús degustación fabulosos, uno largo y otro corto. Tuve la oportunidad de probar ambos y debo decir que me parecieron soberbios.

Además te da la oportunidad con el buen tiempo de sentarte en el Patio central del Hotel, el cual es una auténtica maravilla.

El servicio de vino es excelente, tanto en lo personal como en la variedad, ayudándote mucho el sommelier en la elección de los caldos para los distintos platos del menú.

Y a destacar el servicio de camareros del restaurante y en especial la amable Ester, una chica especialmente servicial y que está al tanto de absolutamente todo durante tu cena sin llegar a agobiar.

En resumen, un restaurante especial en un lugar especial, con mucho encanto, chic y muy muy cool en la cada día más sorprendente Turín.

The Restaurant is located in the Hotel Piazza Carlina, in the beautiful Plaza that gives it its name in the historic center of Turin, in Piedmont, Italy. Seated in a beautiful palace originally from the sixteenth century around a beautiful courtyard. Everything has been magnificently renovated last year to become one of the hotels and restaurants of reference in northern Italy.

The restaurant has a very well made and structured menu. Play to be a future starred Michelin guide restaurant and do it through 2 fabulous tasting menus, one long and one short. I had the opportunity to try both and I must say that I found them superb.

It also gives you the opportunity with the good time to sit in the central courtyard of the Hotel, which is a real wonderfull.

The wine service is excellent, both personally and in variety, helping a lot the sommelier in choosing the wines for the different dishes on the menu.

And to highlight the service of waiters in the restaurant and especially the friendly Ester, a girl especially helpful and who is aware of absolutely everything during your dinner without being overwhelmed.

In resume, a really special restaurant in a special place, with a lot of charm, chic and very very cool in the every day more surprising me Torino.
